These books are honestly such wonderful books that make you take a step back from the craziness that life is and realise that everything is ok and that we should pay attention to the smaller things in life. 

365 days of mindfulness is a cute little book which has a cute quote or to-do to set you in the right foot for everyday and really helps me if I am stressed or need to get my focus in the right area. 

A little pocket book of mindfulness completely explains mindfulness in a really interesting and simple way. It gives you exercises to try and benefits of things like meditation and taking the time out. 

It’s really important to take time for yourself and I hope this post reminds you. I also recommend buying the books as they’ve gotten me through hard times.
